Uji Keefektifan Inokulum Arbuscular Mycorrhiza (AM) Fungi pada Pertumbuhan Tiga Jenis Tanaman Di Tailing ModADA Timika

Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular (FMA) berasosiasi dengan sebagian besar tanaman dan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan produktivitas tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas inokulum FMA terhadap 2 jenis kehutanan (Samanea saman Calliandra surinamensis) 1 pertanian (Zea mays) di tanah tailing. Percobaan pot Rancangan Acak Lengkap dilakukan screen house Mile Point 21 PT Freeport Indonesia Timika. Tailing digunakan sebagai media lima perlakuan yaitu Inokulum (dari ModADA bawah), tengah), 3 atas), 4 MP 21), 5 (Mycofer) ulangan. Tinggi diameter batang, jumlah daun diamati pada 28, 56 84 hari setelah tanam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian memberikan pengaruh nyata tinggi batang Samanea surinamensis dibandingkan tanpa inokulum, namun tidak berpengaruh jagung.
